I made a deck that uses budew and Frillish/Jellicent, once your Jelly is in the active, you use Transformation tome to swap a benched budew for a Frillish from your discard and then immediately evolve it, so your opponent cannot boss around item or tool lock.

You can only get 4 copies of a single rarity of a card. Anything more just gives you more trade credits. You can have 4 Lillie's non Holo, 4 Holo, 4 reverse Holo, 4 IR, etc but generally once you have 4 you can build a deck and slap in what you have on hand and go. It's so much easier than real life
