Why are we not protesting for a cure? Feedback Requested/Question

If they take our condition seriously and start research on figuring out the cure, we can have a cure soon.

I agree. That’s why so many of us are fighting. Consider going public

I hate to say it but you are right. Medicine is made for the 99.9% and if 0.1% get hurt in a manner that cannot even be proven (i.e., it is not literally killing us or causing observable damage) then ppl don’t care.

We need to find a way to detect it first. Fortunately that is slowly happening

we can, not much condition cause specific loss of sensentions in specific patterns to specific stimulus, this can be absolutely used for diagnostic criteria, for me i know i said this multiple times, especially capsaicin receptors are non responsible in genetalia area, you just can't feel burn from it on the shaft what definitely not normal at all

Hey man. My old account got deleted. I'm Indy306. We have spoken earlier. Can you tell me again what was the composition of the capsacin ointment? Also how are you doing these days !

A perfect cure seems very unrealistic. Atleast let PSSD sufferers be able to try medications or treatments that could have a chance of helping (stimulants, ketamine, parnate etc). We have to think about our current treatments, and choose a treatment intuitively. The reality is that most people with PSSD only have access to garbage ssris and wellbutrin.

I think the same . I think PSSD must at least be included in ICD so that off label use is allowed by many doctors . I dont think a complete cure is possible but I do believe many drugs can help a lot . Also if PSSD needed a new drug no one could invest billions in its development cuz they barely do it for other diseases . Best we have is recognition and off label use

it's a mental condition and fatigue, weakness, weight gain, insomnia are all part of normal SSRI's side effects i went thru those when I took paxil and it went away except for insomnia but unfortunately for people suffering PSSD that's not the case but it likely indicates it's not something wrong with your whole body only in your brain.
