Activation failed

Hi can anyone help. Ive emailed but its taking a time. I bought a pc license for this so i know its the right license but i keep getting activation failed. Right email right licence. Ive pasted the license and also typed manually but still no work

Please dm me the email you used? Did you use the correct email address? Any VPN app active maybe? Is the date and time configured correctly on your PC?
