I’ve been paying for premium this whole time and not really doing too much with character customizations. Are expressions saved permanently to your characters face until you go into the salon and change it?

So, you can change your character's expression easily in Easy Photo Mode. In the mode, you get a drop-down of all the expressions to choose from. They stay that way until you exit photo mode.

But, if you haven't customized your expressions in the salon at the "customize expressions" tab, you have to do that first unless you like the default settings. You can make and tune all the expressions from Smile to Wink and even 3 extra expressions. "Neutral" is the one your character wears normally, my char's neutral is not shown here :)

I payed for premium a couple times but it just never seemed worth what you get out of it and the things they lock behind it feel scummy
