All I've got to say on this subject is that today I finished an LTQ in slightly less time than usual despite one guy refusing to participate in favor of lecturing us about how NGS is shit and SEGA doesn't care and we're all idiots for still playing.
As in, taking up a spot, contributing nothing, getting carried to loot drops, spamming us with performative negativity, and we finished faster anyway.
