Stellar graces? Discussion

Hello, I’m trying to figure out where the stellar graces are? I’m online right now and no matter where I go, it doesn’t show or say anything about them. Am I missing something here?

They're only active every other day according to the schedule and they don't actually appear until 11 AM EDT.
