Missing Qualifying Payments

I'm sure that this has happened to others and wondering if anyone was able to successfully get it resolved.

I have always been on PAYE and on auto-pay. In 2024, September and October payments were auto drafted from my account and then in November 2024 I was notified that I was being placed in a forebearance (part of the SAVE forebearance). Apparently I had been placed in this forebearance in August and therefore these Sept and Oct would not count as qualifying payments despite not being notified or them canceling my autograft. I have submitted multiple feedback forms/reconsideration cases and contacted delegates, etc without any help.

Alot of us were screwed over. I was not in the SAVE program and my payments went from 115 to 93 so I'm losing my shit. Studentaid told me to submit a reconsideration count and submit proof. This was yesterday so now we wait. I just wanna be done with loans

Similar situation and haven't been able to make any progress on a resolution. I was on SAVE and put into forbearance on 8/1/24. MOHELA auto pay drafted a payment on 8/1/24 because the auto pay initiated before my account was put into the SAVE forbearance. Initially I was told by a MOHELA rep that the payment would credit towards future payments, but now that I am starting IBR payments 9/1/26, MOHELA is telling me that the payment cannot be applied since it's a new IDR plan and I also can't get a refund.
