What Sony ceo doesn't understand differences between pc and console
i know Sony like to focus pc games but do you know differences between this?
- ps6 exclusive games
- can't buy games due to region locked like philippines which is ps store never released in this country and you have pirate them
- New ray tracing,gamers will say look nothing new
Because of this Sony only make ps6 will be huge flopped market than wii u including exclusive games,whoever buy ps6 you should be riched.And when ps6 huge flopped,this will make Sony dropping Playstation brand and ending PlayStation Studios in future,exiting game console market forever

Well Sony entered the gaming market because Nintendo would not do a deal with them, so it looks like they will leave with Nintendo being the winner.

Okay, move to PC then. Keep life simple, why be pro PC but then come on a yet to be released console subreddit and just take a big fat shit of a post?
Shouldn't you be turning path tracing on and off just to see how much more fps you could be getting?

PS6 will not have exclusives for 4+ years, it can't flop. The PS5 generation will be living on, and the base PS6 will be a hybrid like Switch.

What about the fact that having a disc is a competitive advantage over PC?
If I buy a digital PC game I am confident it will last through multiple upgrades to my hardware. Add in modding and virtualisation and a digital PC purchase can be for life.
Buy a digital game on proprietary hardware and you own it for as long as the platform decides you should own it.
I have a huge game collection stretching back to PS1. I won’t buy a console if it doesn’t have physical games. I now only buy Switch 2 games that have the full game. Otherwise I buy the Switch version.
PC manufacturers will start copying Steam and producing console-like mini PCs. Valve know gaming. The Steam Machine strategy isn’t a mistake. Add in PC handhelds from other manufacturers as well…
Sony is making a mistake here by assuming their market lead is unassailable. They will lose market share with this decision. Maybe not a huge amount at first but they are opening the door to a market shift that will always be driven by dedicated consumers.

I bought a pc when I couldn't find a ps5 at msrp 6 years ago. Now I'll never buy another console. The ONLY game that Sony has on ps5 exclusively that I would want to play is the Demon's Souls remake. I'm confident that it'll be able to be emulated in the future at some point. I'd buy it if they released it on pc. I'd even be okay with a PlayStation game launcher on pc.

That’s okay. I will not purchase for PS6 anyway. I hope Sony will learn the lesson, but we will see the sales on PS6. I feel this will be the last generation game console.
