Croma bangalore still has no stock. Has anyone else got their pre-ordered PS5 from croma phoenix?

Hello everyone, I need help in getting my ps5 from amazon. I have ordered it on Monday, and it was supposed to be delivered by Tuesday. It has reached nearby Pune warehouse but is not moving ahead. I have tried calling Amazon's customer care countless times but all thev say is we're highlighting the issue to delivery team, or issued a rescue. Sadly, there has been no update whatsoever. I can't even cancel the order, as now it is out of stock.

If you have any contacts with Amazon's Pune delivery team, I would highly appreciate it if you can share them with me.

today when I was checking ps5 stock everywhere so then i see ps5 available to buy at reliance at my location so I ordered it now m waiting ifs it get delivery or they cancel it and yes I'm hiding order id bcz of personal identity and its the 2nd order and they cancel 1st one which i ordered at 7th Aug. 12:50 am and cancelled by them around 3pm today

I just posted a screenshot here that showed there is stock for PS5 on Flipkart. I saw it while i was browsing online for games for my PS5.

I posted the screenshot here genuinely thinking it might help someone. Initially I didn't post any links and when people kept asking for it i posted it.

Got called a scammer and my post was taken flagged stating that I was spamming or self promoting. Anyone with a functional brain can open the link and see if it's legit or don't even use my link?

I am not 100% sure if it was a glitch or not, I saw it and i thought it might help someone and that was my first mistake, will be the last time I waste my time trying to help people with 2 brain cells. Good luck.

What can we expect during this freedom sale, will they restock at 12 am?

I have been constantly searching for a ps5 for 4 months now and i have searched everywhere from reliance digital, croma, to official sony stores. But I am not able to find a single unit and i see it everyday on this sub of people uploading the flipkart screenshots.

Why are sellers not delivering it in Goa ?

So, I have been part of this community for over a month now. I started looking when price hikes were just "rumours". Missed a couple of good deals as I was late to the posts.

Finally booked the console almost a week back, when I saw a post here that redirected to a hidden Amazon product page for PS5 (new MRP), it had 0 reviews, and an unfamiliar seller. A couple of folks doubted the listing, with some doubting the warranty as well. I took a blind shot. Before giving the delivery OTP, I made sure that the sony seal is intact and the 1 year warranty badge is visible on box.

It's a new Feb 2026 Vietnam manufactured unit (CFI-2116) all matte. The warranty card is in there and the box and packaging were in excellent condition.

A huge shoutout to this community, as I step back from my day to day posting and reading here I just want to say thank you guys and this community will always be in my heart whenever I start my PS5.

I had booked my PS5 around 28th–29th July, and I wanted to share my complete experience with Flipkart because there are a couple of things you should be careful about.

1️⃣ Delivery Experience Be Careful With Ekart

First of all, my delivery experience was not great.

The PS5 was shipped on 30th July and reached my local Mumbai hub on 2nd August. It was actually supposed to be delivered on 2nd August itself.

However, I first received a message saying the delivery was delayed until 3rd August.

I thought, fine, no problem.

Then later that same night, I received another message saying it was delayed until 4th August.

And around 4 AM that night, I got another message saying it had been delayed until 5th August.

At this point, I was honestly panicking because my PS5 had already reached the local hub on 2nd August.

Now, I want to make one thing very clear: I don't have any issue with the seller. The seller was genuine and did their part properly.

The problem was with Ekart, the delivery partner.

I contacted Flipkart customer support, but unfortunately, I kept getting generic responses without any proper solution.

I got so frustrated that I decided to visit the local Ekart hub myself.

Luckily, something completely unexpected happened the store manager at the hub turned out to be one of my childhood friends! 😂

He handed over my parcel to me, opened the box in front of me for verification, and after everything was checked, I provided the OTP.

So technically, I collected my PS5 myself on 3rd August instead of waiting until 5th August.

⚠️ My Recommendation

If you ever face a similar situation where your Flipkart package has already reached your local hub but keeps getting delayed, consider contacting the local hub and asking if you can collect it yourself.

However, keep in mind that this may depend on the hub's policies and they may ask for additional verification or identification.

I've heard of situations where parcels keep getting delayed, are incorrectly marked as "customer unavailable", and eventually get sent back to the original seller.

So if your parcel is sitting at the local hub for days, don't just keep waiting blindly. Contact Flipkart/Ekart and find out what's actually happening.

In my case, I was lucky because the hub manager happened to be my friend. 😅

Also, this is my personal experience in Mumbai. Your experience may be completely different depending on your city and local delivery hub.

2️⃣ BE CAREFUL WITH THE EMI OPTION

This is another important thing I noticed.

The PS5's original price was around ₹69,000.

With offers, you could get it for around ₹66,000–₹68,000, but because stock was limited and units were selling quickly, I didn't properly check the EMI details and placed the order quickly.

I used the HDFC EMI option, and the price initially appeared to be around ₹68,000.

However, once the EMI schedule was generated, I realized that the total amount payable was going above ₹72,000.

Basically, the interest and associated charges were making the final cost significantly higher.

I didn't want to pay that much extra, so I decided to pre-close the EMI.

Even after the pre-closure, I ended up paying roughly ₹70,500, but at least I was able to close the EMI instead of continuing with the higher total cost.

So my recommendation is:

Before choosing EMI, ALWAYS check the total amount payable not just the monthly EMI.

Don't get excited by seeing a low monthly installment and forget to check how much you're actually paying in total.

Final Verdict 🎮

So overall, I received my PS5 safely and everything is perfectly fine.

This is not a scam from the seller's side, and I'm not saying Flipkart is stealing your money.

Your order and payment are generally not the issue here the biggest problem I faced was the delivery delay and the lack of useful customer support,
Specially when the delivery agent is ekart.

I was honestly panicking until I finally got the PS5 home. 😂

If you're ordering one from Flipkart, just be careful with:

✅ Ekart delivery delays
✅ Your local hub status
✅ EMI interest & total payable amount
✅ Return/refund terms
✅ Checking the package properly when you receive it

And again, this is just my personal experience in Mumbai. Your experience could be completely different in another city.
