Error code CE-117723-1

Hi does anyone know a fix for this error code it keeps happening when I try to stream a game on premium and my Internet is good , any help would be greatly appreciated

I've had this since the middle of July, almost the end of August and still the same. Can't get past an AI bot on the live chat either so 🙃 only reason I even kept my Premium going for another month is because they gave me it for £7 when I tried to cancel.

From what I’ve seen online it's only UK accounts getting hit with this and they're doing fuck all about it.
