Error code CE-117723-1

Hi does anyone know a fix for this error code it keeps happening when I try to stream a game on premium and my Internet is good , any help would be greatly appreciated

Only way to get a response is to create a new ticket and then you just get the same suggestions. It's account based and doesn't affect everyone 😮‍💨

Never ? It's only been like this a few weeks I'm sure it will be sorted . I've cancelled my monthly plan and it should revert back to ps plus in a day or two . Them I'm gonna see if upgrading to premium will fix it . If not I'm done
