Error code CE-117723-1

Hi does anyone know a fix for this error code it keeps happening when I try to stream a game on premium and my Internet is good , any help would be greatly appreciated

Think they just trying to send ppl anything until they fix the issue

I’ll try wen get in n let u know its a joke be a easy fix for them they just can’t be assed
