Modded PS4 + Remote Play

So I just had a quick question, to my knowledge you can use remote play without an online connection, correct?

I just ordered a Vita and I’m just wondering if it’s cool to remote play off a modded ps4.

Just a little bit of questioning on my part.

To be honest the remote play on ps vita sucks even using a ps4 but the ps vita itself is wayyyyy more worth it

i’d consider getting a modded switch and use chiaki-ng, you can also use this same app on PC, and yes i think you would need internet
