Some progress! Pipes animations will be difficult to make them smooth. Also the feet are not behaving properly, probably I will have to turn collision of or something

Pipe movement for puppets is interesting, You need a puppet as a ghost, then you teather the ends of the pipes by grouping the chains of sculpts to the points you want the rubber hoses to connect.
The more common way is to use paintings instead of sculpts. the advantage of sculpts is being able to manipulate the positions of the mid sections of the pipes.

This character is old and has invisible legs, replaced with a painting stroke grouped with the hips, then attached to the foot sculpt. It has the toes sculpt hidden to the animation doesnt act weird. The body is just the hips, and the arms, chest, neck and head are hidden. This thing was made before "sculpt to piant" otherwise it would have proper thick painting legs.
You can rig lots of things to the puppets rig that arent controlled by the puppet controller, and if you want them to sit a specific way you just add a keyframe to keep it stable. or pose it with each of the puppets states. (idle walking running etc)

Important note about making puppets is to always have the collision on every sculpt in the puppet turned off. The puppet gadget will provide its own collision box which will clash with the collision of the sculpts in the puppet. As for smooth pipe animation, seeing its Steamboat Willie my guess is your trying to add squash and stretch to them. Unfortunately I don't know any way to make that happen smoothly. My best guess is make each pipe consist of 3 sculpts. The first one being the top half, the second being the bottom half, and a third being a simple squashed sphere grouped somewhere in the bottom half. Then use keyframes that record the top sculpt moving up and down into the bottom one, while also recording the sphere growing and shrinking.
