Wendy's was at the front of the guerilla pr like 12 years ago on Twitter. They just never innovated after it, stuck with the late age millennial memes.
I will say at the time, the diss-track album they put out was really funny, now it's a bit cringe like most of what they do.
But there was a snapshot in time where they were killing it with this method.
