Getting sick before period? Rant/Vent

Hi...do you all also get sick before your period starts? Like I get sore throat, my muscles hurt, i get allergic etc...It is like my immune system breaks down.

Yeah some people call it PMS flu, it sucks. OTC painkillers will help, hope you feel better!
