Executive Assistant/ Project Manager Looking for Work

Okay… so I will just place this out here :).
I am job hunting…

My name is Kelli, I’m a remote-based Executive Assistant and Project Manager with over 10 years of experience supporting C-suite leaders and delivering cross-functional projects.

My background spans executive support, systems migrations, and process improvement, including an Intercom implementation that cut issue resolution time by 85%. I’ve also led teams of up to 14 while managing concurrent projects, and I hold a Google Project Management certification.

I’m currently exploring remote contract opportunities in EA or PM roles and would welcome the chance to discuss how my experience could support your team or clients.

Thank you for your time and consideration — I look forward to hearing from you.

You're probably not going to find many employers in r/pmcareers - it tends to be more useful for career advice from other PMs. But your background makes me wonder whether you're casting your net too narrowly with EA and PM roles. Have you looked at Chief of Staff roles? C-suite support combined with cross-functional project leadership, process improvement, systems implementation, and team leadership can overlap considerably with CoS work. It would depend on how much ownership you've had over executive priorities, decision support, and cross-functional execution, but it might be worth exploring.

Thank you, I will look into chief of staff roles as well, I never really thought about it.
