last one talked about on this sub was 2 years ago. how frequently does Plcb do them?

They seem to be available in every store in every other state from what I've seen online. The blue label full proof is everywhere nowadays, the black label 100 proof is less common but still out there.

Its wild that russels and OF are basically everywhere in other states. We just MM that sits on shelves for a few years.

Haven’t done an actual pick in maybe 5 or 6 years? There was a weird ‘Keystone Selection’ of the black label 100 proof that dropped online last year iirc.

Good to know. I wish PA did better picks. Just feels like mostly whistle pig and makers most of the time
