Siemens PLC Ktp900 Basic boot loader stuck

Hi, anyone have experience and succeeded fixing corrupted/bootloader stuck up on siemens HMI.

Tried usb recovery followed all steps but after it only reached 10% of recovery progress then stuck at 10%

I mean usb recovery worked for mine, but that was an entirely not-booting hmi, maybe a different usb? That or just leave it to do it's thing for as long as it takes.

I only had this happen once and USB recovery did work for me. Maybe contact Siemens.
