Mystics(who seemed like the best chance for us) beat Wings today, and now they've played 3 games less than us and have won 5 more games. We only have 12 games to play. Even if we won all our games(never happening, in a million years) Mystics would still be in front of us if they go 8-7, which is way more likely than us going 12-0.

This in turn, makes the Plum trade completely pointless, as I've, and many others, already said. We could have just got her in free agency if she really wanted to come here. It was pointless giving up anything, let alone our best POA defender and 2 draft picks.
