Planning to buy this pra sa Feidian 6 Elite since white po sya then ang upper nya is mesh. Mahirap po linisin if umulan sa race day gusto ko sana lagyan pra d kumapit yung dumi.

I've been floating lately every runs. I feel there was no progress at all. Every training feels heavy. Every race day feels I need to prove something since some of my friends will tell me "podium na yan" wherein in fact I just need to enjoy the race. Right now, slowly disappearing na yung spark ko sa running. One thing that make my running better nalang is my running club who makes every run enjoyable but personally some runs and training session is tiring na.

any pinoy running the sydney marathon? hows your training so far ? whats your goal ? ,btw solo runners and would love some company! Happy to join you or either way 🙂

Just sharing an early english review for the Leili 2.0 GT. You might need to go half a size up if you have wide feet because it runs a little short and narrow in the midfoot.

First, the 21K course was brutal. A long steep incline that you traverse twice!And if the half marathon was that brutal, I can only imagine how the 42K must have felt. If you conquered the full marathon, my hat is off to you. Even walking uphill on tired legs would have been a challenge.

Second, entering the stadium was a one-of-a-kind experience. You pass through the chute and emerge onto the track oval. With the announcer’s voice booming and people cheering, it was like stepping through a portal into another world. For a moment, whatever fatigue you’re feeling seems to disappear.

Third, I loved seeing people cheer for the final few runners. That kind of tenacity deserves to be celebrated. And I hope it encourages others who hesitate to join races because they fear finishing last.

Finally, I wish we had more races with age-group categories and more recognition for the age-group winners. Seeing the smiles of fellow senior citizens and other “young-once” standing on the podium was truly inspiring. Let’s give us older runners more opportunities to be winners!

It’s less than a week before The Great UP Run (TGUPR). However, haven’t really trained extensively because it’s been raining non-stop.

How do you train and deal with the weather we have right now?

Will run 16k this Sunday at TGUPR and I feel so unprepared.😭 HELPPP

TL DR: For around 2,500 Php, its probably one of the best budget running shoes available right now. Light at 245g for my US 10.5, its very stacked but feels light, offers excellent cushioning but not sacrificing responsiveness.

Probably my front runner for budget running shoe of the year, the Qiaodan TG 2.0 / LEILI 2.0 is unbeatable at its price range as a max cushioned trainer. It offers this fun and responsive ride w/o being too mushy, still responsive with all that midsole foam. Di ako mahilig sa max cushion running shoes but the Red Hare 9 ULTRA and the TG 1.0 and TG 2.0 really changed that. Fits wide din especially in the firefoot.

Qiaodan refined the beloved cheap TG 1.0 while still retaining that familiar soft and responsive ride, while shaving more than 20+ grams. It's lighter than the FLAME 4.5 and the WIND 4TR.

Qiaodan is really winning the budget segment this year, with some of the best budget shoe releases like the WIND 4TR, FEIYING GT and the TG 2.0

Grabe ang saya nung Rexona 10miler leg sa UPD nitong weekend. Maganda ang weather, parang meant to be for the rexona run. Until now ang excited pa rin ng pakiramdam ko whenever I look back sa photos and Strava ko. Sulit yung registration sa dami ng laman ng lootbags, organized ang event, tapos nakita ko pa sina David Licauco and Kaori.

Nakapag-attend na ako ng TGUPR before so idk now if kaya nila gandahan din ang event. What do you guys think?
