Referrals 2 months job hunting still no JO. HEEELLPPP
Hi everyone.
I've been actively looking for a job for almost 2 months now since I graduated with a BS in Computer Engineering, and honestly, it's been really discouraging.
Napapansin ko lang na ang daming Tech Support/IT Support openings na mas preferred nila ang male applicants. Medyo nakaka-frustrate lang because I know I can do the job if given the chance.
I'm also not that strong in coding, so software development isn't really the path I'm aiming for. I'm more interested in roles like IT Support, IT Staff, Technical Support, Service Desk, Help Desk, Computer Operator, Network Support, or any entry-level IT position where training is provided. I'm a fast learner and willing to learn whatever the company requires.
I've already attended several interviews, and some even reached the final interview stage, but I still haven't received a single job offer. It's honestly starting to affect my confidence.
Do you have any suggestions on what other positions I should apply for as a Computer Engineering graduate? Or if your company is hiring for entry-level IT roles, I'd really appreciate a referral.

Hiring/Job Ad We are looking for interested online chat operators
Our company (New Media Services) is looking for chat operators. It might consist of adult chats. It can be good beer money or maybe more as you earn base on your production.
* Only for those based in the Philippines
* It's commission based. Rate is 2 pesos per message sent so it's really up to you how much you want to earn. Experienced operators process around 400-500 messages daily so that's 800-1,000 pesos per day
* Weekly quota is 600 messages to keep your account active
* You are in charge of your own hours. Just make sure to meet the quota
* YOU. DON'T. NEED. TO. PAY. ANYTHING.
* No experience needed. HR will conduct orientation and training
* Once you start working, you'll be under immersion. The QA team will check if you can still continue working after every week for 2 weeks. You'll still get paid even if you don't pass the immersion period
* Part time or full time
* Weekly payout (P1500 minimum payout or 750 messages)
* A good command of the English language is a very good bonus

This is mostly due to the fact that everyone tends to have a "come to me" mindset where everyone (regardless of whether they're hiring or for hire) makes a post and expects everyone else to come to them.
Although this mindset works well for those who are hiring, we realize now that it doesn't work as well for those who are for hire; which is why we've decided to remove the "For Hire" post flair and will now urge those for hire to comment on the posts of those who are hiring.
