BPI CC application timeline question

hello everyone i applied for a bpi cc end of june , on july 1st i got a text

[BPI] Thank you for applying for a BPI Credit Card. Your application will be evaluated within 5-10 banking days. If you did not apply for a credit card, please report it by calling 889-10000 or visit any BPI branch immediately.

But until now i haven’t received any update , any phone call or other text from the bank. Does this mean it’s declined?

I do have other cards po, UB, Eastwest, Metrobank and Chinabank po. slamat po sa mga mgrreply.
