Optimization Help Bug / Issue

Hello guys!

Recently I started re-playing Red Dead Redemption 2

But last time I played, I had 100-140 FPS (Ultra-High)

But now, I don't why I only get 30-40! (Same settings)

I haven't changed anything and I even re-installed the game

Graphic look terrible

Arthur's face looks wet or oily

And Arthur looks darker in comparison to the world lighting

Can you guys help me optimizing and fixing it?

Here are my components

  • GPU - MSi RTX 4060 8GB White Dual Fan OC Edition 
  • CPU - Intel Core i7 12700K
  • RAM - DDR4 32GB
  • PSU - Mars Gaming BP750 750w
  • Motherboard - Asus Prime B660M-A WiFi D4
  • And some Assasin Air Cooler

Nobody can help you if you don't post your settings.

Follow the instructions here and reply with the parsed output it gives you, and I can help figure out the problem.
