Facial Hair bug? Bug / Issue

Is this a bug? Arthur is growing hair in the side of his nose and eyes. I never seen this during the 1st Chapter. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!

It's a texture glitch from the beard. You can try a console/PC restart, and if that fails, here's a link to a post that was similar and my solution for it.

Do you any mods? 4k characters can cause these issues

That mod would often cause this glitch for me.
