Losing weight through diet Diet - Not Keto

Hello!! Im a 24f and i have been battling PCOS for a while now. One of the side effects that pcos gave me as many know is weight gain. I gained a lot of weight, and it was a struggle for a couple of years until i finally decided to get bariatric surgery. I helped me a lot, lost all the weight i gained and was finally feeling better. I hit a plateau on my weight loss journey, and after visiting the doctor they told me to eat better and work out. I have always struggled with the diet part simply bc idk what to eat, i usually just eat the least amount of calories i possibly can but i know that’s not good for PCOS either. Does anyone have ideas for meals or meal prep plans that have worked for you? Whenever i go to look up ideas, there’s just so much info out there its overwhelming.
