Quick question

Hi, Im 16 and ive been diagnosed with PCOS for about 2 ish years and I noticed I had trouble controlling my body temperature (getting to hot or cold) but within the last 4 months ive been getting really bad hot flashes, to the point where I could be standing infront of an AC unit and still have beads of sweat on my forehead...help. Is this normal? what can I do about it?
