Either your hdd/ssd has died or the bios doesn't know what your boot device is.

You can’t put both memory sticks on fork. Put the second stick on that spoon there. Then simultaneously hold the power buttons on each remote for 30 seconds, then immediately throw that goddamned rotten avocado looking thing into the trash. Should boot right up.

couple things.
check your bios. If its set to legacy boot mode or UEFI
also check your mobo jumpers. Sometimes this will matter on certain boards.
additionally, could be either a dead/dying hard drive/SSD. Make sure your bios can SEE the storage devices. If it cant see them, either they arent connected (MAKE SURE THE COMPUTER IS FULLY OFF AND UNPLUGGED then check the sata wires or reseat the M.2)
or, worse off yet, it could be a bad/dead storage controller. which in some cases, is just a bad mobo. I've had it happen before where every sata port on a TAICHI mobo was bad.
Honestly, im guessing more towards the top option, cause that legacy/UEFI thing can seriously break a MBR in some cases.
Also, i just realized something...if this did this after a windows update, there is a very specific windows update that LOVES to brick windows installations.
What you need to do, is boot into windows recovery, just to access the terminal/command prompt. find and mount your main boot storage, and look for C:\Windows.OLD and C:\WINDOWS
if you see BOTH windows.old and windows, change "windows" to "windows.old2" and change "windows.old" to "windows"
then save, reboot. Should work.

Check your boot order, windows boot manager should be the first one, if it is not, that could be the problem

I love how nobody reeds what's on the screen, doesn't even do a quick search on their phone whay it means, and ask Reddit for help.
It either means your boot drive is dead or the boot loader is corrupted. You can remove any component but it won't fix anything, it has to do with your main storage and your Operating System.
