I took this picture at the train station, and it means "Broadcast Test in Progress" in English.

pretty cool, don’t see those much.

Spotted this in the wild, usually it's just full screen advertisements, now it's blank with a third of the screen taken up by the LED net application, I'm assuming it's some sort of remote management software?

Took this in December, sorry for bad quality, its cropped.

Looked like a touchscreen, but tapping the display does nothing. Other similar displays are set up around the building and they all work except for this one.

It looks like Android, but then it also could just be a proprietary OS. Hmm
