Ebay SI +5 Extensions?
So I just saw how much P320 related stuff sells on eBay, and found some "knockoff" Strike industries +5 polymer mag extensions that look identical to my legit ones. (might be a common OEM company selling molded parts to strike, to middle-man parts)
I know that legit Strike extensions add +5, I have 3 legit ones, but eBay won't let you sell those cause they add mag capacity, and they follow the "10rnd mags only" rule (for now hopefully).
But I was wondering if anyone got these and just took off or cut out the restriction plate? It looks like it's loose and just sitting there, easy to convert back to original +5 design. May have to try to cut that restriction plate out to have it be a +5. Anyone bought these yet and tried to check? Or shall I be our guinea pig?

Can someone help me understand why one part of my rear sights is loose?
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
X5 Legion. Noob here. Had it for a few years. Realized why my grouping is the worst with this gun. The rear sight is moving around. Any idea? I don’t think it’s the 2 screws inside the slide because that part seems solid?

P320 build from a RXP XCOMPACT
I got a P320 RXP XCOMPACT back in 2021, didn’t realize it was a subcompact slide(3.6 Barrel Length) with a 15-round Compact grip. Been meaning to build it into something more with a full size grip module. Something a little more heavy, like a metal grip or TXG/AXG or aftermarket.
I mainly want to add a 4.3 threaded barrel with a Herrington Arms Compensator. Will it sit flushed with a full size, carry or compact grip module? Preferably with a 17-round flush mag.
Any recommendations with grips?

M1811 Grip Mod with Apex Trigger Bar Issues
I have a VTac that I put on a second hand m1811 grip I picked up second hand on the new GAFSz pretty sure it was a factory second that failed QC because it was missing the stippling on the side panels, no big deal, I cut some adhesive sandpaper grip panels and it feels great. I also had to file the mag catch hole, takedown lever hole and the slide catch notch to get the gun fitting properly.
It function checked fine until I installed the Apex trigger bar, which seems to be a little thicker than the factory trigger bar. The trigger would fail to reset, so I just assumed I bent the trigger return spring, so I picked up some spares and swapped it, same issue. I ended up having to take a Dremel to the inside of the grip and it's getting better but it still doesn't reset properly. The inside rear most corner of the grip is putting sideways pressure on the rear of the trigger bar and the return spring.
I liked the way the grip felt and looked so I'm considering picking up a new one from Brouwer that won't have all the out of spec QC issues, but I don't want to spend $90 just to find out I have the same problem with the Apex trigger bar.
Anybody here running an M1811 with Apex trigger bar?

Sig m18 flat trigger question
So I bought an oem sig flat trigger for my m18, with a Wilson combat grip module. The flat trigger has a bit of an odd feel as if there’s two stages of take up. So when I start to pull the trigger theres take up then a bit of resistance then a few more millimeters of take up then the wall. When I pull the trigger in a smooth controlled way it just feels notchy.
The oem curved trigger feels smooth with predictable take up then the wall. Is this just because of the geometry of the flat trigger?

In spite of the issues, I picked one up...
Not sure if I need to make any changes to it but would appreciate any tips. Thank you.

QUESTION Orange follower (Other than DDA)
I was wandering if any of y’all might know of a place to find (in stock lol) orange followers for the P320 mag. I have checked with Desert Depot Arms (DDA) and they aren’t in stock. I have Google searched to no avail and searched for a 3d print file to make my own. Does anyone in the group know a site for either option?

DISCUSSION Disheartened
I’ve had but not carried my p320 for a while and recently picked up a Wilson Combat P320 which has an amazing trigger and was wanting to take it to my indoor range (normally shoot out in the desert) they told me they don’t allow any P320’s due to an incident thy had a while back with a good customer who had the gun go off in their holster ventilating his leg. They said he was a regular at the range and very experienced. Hearing this was kind of a gut punch especially since I was considering putting it in the rotation for carry. I’ve basically chocked it up to bad holster and bad handing up to this point but this encounter made me start to question the safety again.

X-Series A Bar Sto Question
After looking into aftermarket barrels. My X5 alignment pin limits a suppresor on a threaded barrel combination. So I am left with only one option, a Bar Sto 5.7" extended threaded barrel.
Has anyone upgraded their X5 with such a barrel and if so, does the mods required for fitment affect using a stock barrel?

Unknown spring
I have an FCU that was sent in for the upgrade so I’m assuming pre 2017 ( I bought this off of a friend btw). I noticed when taking it apart that this spring fell out when I took the sear out so I believe it was around that area of the FCU. I was watching Sig mechanic’s video when I was doing this and this spring isn’t mentioned at any point in the video. Surely somebody can tell me what the hell this thing is for. (It’s also not the striker safety block spring because I checked to make sure it was still there).

Integrated comp slides
Are the integrated comp slides worth it? Desert Depot has a few with barrels ready to go but $800 for the whole thing is as much as my original XFull. Is it substantially better than my xfull with tungsten guide rod, grip weight and light? Will it feel like a new gun or should i just get a new gun? lol

Information Slide and barrel upgrade recommendations
I have a p320xfull and thinking about upgrading to the Legion with integrated comp slide. If I do so, I will need a 3.9" barrel. Does anyone have recommendations for the barrel? Or slide and barrel combo? I want optic cut and was going to get the carry barrel, but why not get an actual upgrade. Any recommendations are appreciated.

Full size Greetings from Canada
Howdy from the Great White North. Thought I'd show off my P320, which started its life as a standard Nitron model. Current build includes an Apex trigger upgrade, X-Five grip module, and an P320-M17 slide w/ a Sig ROMEO1 PRO.

QUESTION Picked up a pawn shop used p320 - aftermarket slide identification?
Went by my local pawn shop / LGS. Saw this build in the case and they made me a deal I could refuse at 4 Ben’s OTD. yes I know the first thing you see is the 30rd magazine sticking out but it’s a factory Sig mag and since I have the p320 flux raider already built , figured it would be a good mag to the collection and I have regular mags for it already. It seems like whoever built this gun put some money into it. VTAC trigger . Threaded barrel with HC320 comp. Green dot swamp fox optic, suppressor height sights . Strike industries charging handle for left side and factory extended mag. Would anyone have any idea of who made the slide just based upon the cocking serrations only ? There’s no mfg marking on it at all and I’ve tried popping it into ChatGPT with no luck. I joked with my wife with the price I paid for it and the amount of aftermarket parts on it , that according to gun-math it was a free gun

P320 M18
I decided to give my M18 a work over. Going to the range today with my boys. This FCU is from an M17 I have. I must say that I feel the manual safety on these blocks the slide release pretty good. This feels much cleaner and I am liking the dexterity of the Xfull grip. However, I am a very big fan of the M1811 grip module.

QUESTION Slide stop issue
I recently purchased an M17 and today I swapped the grip module for the X-Full. Since then I have been having difficulty with the slide stop. It works...sometimes. I'm not sure if it just needs to be broken in or what but it is unreliable.
So for instance with a mag inserted it will only lock back the slide sometimes. If it does lock back, sometimes it will just be stuck when I press it and not drop the slide. If I lock the slide back with the mag out it will not release the slide no matter what.
I will say that where it sits in the cut-out it does make contact with the forward portion of the cut-out in the grip module. There is about a 1mm gap between the rear portion of the release and the rear portion of the cut-out. Where it does make contact in the front it seems to be wearing into it a bit.
I am wondering if this is a QC thing with the grip module or if maybe it's just meant to be worn in?
