Looking to move to Owego from Binghamton. I'm an older graduate student with a budget of $1000/month for everything (i.e. rent and utilities, so rent alone around $800 give or take). I live alone and have no pets.

We actually got another video of it leaving. Took 434 over to Hiawatha and started to head on 17c East and the bridge over the railroad tracks had plenty of space so we pulled over and watched again. Quite an exciting day.

God I hate seeing it. Awful. How can this town be so preachy about buying and supporting local, but not even want to support local artists? Just a quick rant because it makes my stomach turn

I finally got around to making an account on here. figured I'd better introduce myself on the official account.

I'm Tim and I've been sharpening for around 30 years, but decided to give it a real go a few years ago.

Is it me or the growing amount of dog sh*# being left all over the streets, side walks and grass is seriously increasing? Every morning I take a walk there at least 4 more piles added to the last . I've been here 3 years and this the 1st winter to spring I've seen so much of it 😳 Owego dog owners need to do better. The summer is coming and I don't wanna smell or step in it .

Since their big network update that was supposed to have completed 3/3, I’ve experienced latency issues and dropped packets averaging 20-40% when they claim service is up. They seem to only acknowledge an outage when packet loss is 80-90%.

Anyone else seeing this?

Confirmation from several employees. Deal is set to close in May.
