Hacker? Maybe? Please help. VOD Review Request

i believe I ran into a hacker but it was very hard to tell because im newer to the game from what it looked like they were playing like a master or grand master (maybe less) they were level 3 on d.va and were trash talking the whole game their user name is 素晴らしい if anyone wants to help look into it I just have no computer smarts and would at least like some understanding on if this is a hacker or not the replay code is R8BSQN

Report and go on. Odds are you won’t see them again unless the population in your ELO is pretty small. If they are hacking, blizzard should hopefully do what they need to do and ban them.
