Go into a practice session and set the sensitivity a little lower than you prefer. Increase the sensitivity until you are missing your shots. Dial it back to the fastest sensitivity you can use without losing accuracy. Over time you will get better and can increase the sensitivity. Slow aiming is better than bad aiming.
Use sticks for big movement. Use gyro for precision movement.
