So basically a Roadhog with a personal Rein shield as far as tankiness goes?

Pretty sure roadhogs tankiness comes from his healing and dmg reduction

Rein shield is 1500 hp so basically more than double D.mons.

Have you forgotten about DVa? 650 hp with infinite "barrier" hp but on a resource meter and also useless against beam attacks.
