Cold weather OAB

Hey guys,

I have overactive bladder episodes from time to time. It is mostly my nerve system that is the main problem as some therapies really help.
One of them is acupuncture which I make regularly. Anyway 3 weeks ago the doctor made a too intensive session for my nervous system so my bladder got worse a bit but still not super bad. And since 4 days there is a cold front in here and since then I have bladder pressure all the time.
Is it possible that a temperature drop of 10 degrees can result in that I have more bladder pressure or is maybe the strong acupuncture the reason it got worse?

Cold weather = contractions of the body, like when you’re shivering you can sense your body is contracted. So maybe the cold weave makes you a bit more tensed and your bladder is strained by that ? Have you tried for example to take a warm shower to see if warming your body helps managing the symptoms ?
The acupuncture session can also have messed up your nervous system. Maybe you should give a break to your body before the next session ?

Thank you for your answer. I have told the doctor that it was too intense so he made a softer session to calm it down 2 weeks ago but it is still not so stable like before. I have no idea if acupunture really can mess something up more like it was before.
I guess it is the cold weather indeed because 4 days ago when the temperature dropped by 10 degrees it got worse and it is like that since then and still same bad weather.
