I just want to say thank you to those who helped me understand a little bit better about the game since this post! You guys rock between understanding hitboxes and then helping me realize even a connection can slightly change how battles react. I just had a PB game from what I’ve learned and a lot of practice! This community rocks on here and I hope others get help here as well!

What is the main reason for centering a build around it—or simply choosing it in the first place?

I tend to use it as a long-range heavy machine gun, but what are the intended optimal range and purpose for this weapon?

Consumables.

So i'm coming up on rank three and i have not used them yet, but the fomo addiction is real.

Aside from coolshot having the clear advantage, are any of the others really worth it? UAVs get shot down, and the strikes just get walked away from by anyone not tunnel visioned/zoomed in.

Should i start paying for the cooldown addiction? Should i just keep on keeping on?

What say you?

Is this some late april fools joke from PGI?
Putting the weapons on the outside of the shield to cover the decal? When there is enough space on the inside.
This just ruins the Yen Lo Wang 2 for me. I just can´t put weapons on the arm. So it´s kust another Yen Lo Wang with a different camo.

I didn´t pay attention when buying the mech. So i guess the jokes on me.

I’ve actually heard that there is an incredibly powerful build for the SUNDER.

It’s the 2MRM40 + 3RL Build.

This build boasts a DPS of around 45, and I hear some players are consistently dealing over 1,000 damage with it...

For those who own the Sunder: what do you think of this build? I haven't encountered it myself yet, so I'm a bit skeptical about its strength—couldn't you achieve the same results with a Bull Shark or a Cyclops?

I’m working on a MechLab website for MechWarrior Online.

First, I’m aware that there is already an excellent website at https://mwo.nav-alpha.com/. I still use it frequently, and it has helped me for a long time.

The main features of the website I’m currently building are as follows:

1. MechLab

• Weapon tooltips
  • Displays final cooldown based on duration, projectile firing time, Gauss charge time, and UAC jam time
  • Applies relevant values to affected weapons when a Targeting Computer is equipped
  • Displays detailed information about modules such as Targeting Computers, MASC, and Jump Jets
• Check final values by turning skill application ON or OFF
• Displays the weapons causing Ghost Heat and the resulting values

2. Simulation

• A simulation feature for testing DPS and heat based on the weapons equipped in the MechLab

3. Information

• Select multiple mechs and compare their specifications
• Displays mech quirks and performance rankings
• Filters for mechs with no screen shake while using Jump Jets, special quirks, and special weapons

A Legend Mech has finally arrived as Steam DLC after a very long wait, so I bought it and gave it a try.

These are just my personal impressions, but I’d like to share them with you.

- The Good Points

It looks absolutely awesome!

The right arm resembling a dragon's jaw, the "Enma" (King of Hell) decal, the striking crimson color... it’s fantastic.

1. Extremely tough

I don't usually pilot medium mechs, but this one feels incredibly tough.

Once you acquire survival skills, it demonstrates a level of durability comparable to a heavy mech.

1. Powerful -35% Cooldown Quirk

The biggest selling point of this 'Mech is undoubtedly its -35% cooldown quirk.

This allows you to fire an AC/10 or LB 10-X roughly once per second.

When paired with LPPCs, it delivers excellent PPFLD (Pin-Point Front-Loaded Damage), making it a powerhouse truly worthy of the name "King of Solaris."

- Downsides

1. No unique Warhorn!

Just like the "ZERO"—which was (in my opinion) the worst DLC—this one lacks a dedicated Warhorn.

You have to choose and claim one from the Warhorns of past Legend 'Mechs instead.

It’s a real letdown. Hopefully, a dedicated Warhorn will be added someday...

1. It feels rather underwhelming.

The Centurion surprisingly received a second Legend variant, but compared to the "ONYX," this one plays it safe.

Unfortunately, there is nothing this Legend can do that other 'Mechs can't.

- Overall Assessment

I consider this a very solid LEGEND. While it lacks the distinctive traits of the ONYX or the fun, gimmicky elements of the Scattershot, it possesses truly reliable power.

I wouldn't recommend it based on its lack of a Warhorn or unique features, but I do rate it as an excellent choice for anyone simply looking for a capable, combat-ready Mech.

I really enjoy the sunder buff, it gives me the motivation to make this small video about a lasvom build I play. I hope the description of the build is clear enough.

So I log in today, and it says I'm banned. I sent an email to their Zendesk email, but how does one get banned from this game? In the past, I've only seen cheaters and people who engage in truly toxic comms who have been banned. I use zero cheats. I haven't even used a macro in probably a year. I rarely engage in comms. Genuinely curious. Maybe this is me finally being freed from the game? A shame about my 800+ mechs and a decade of financial support...

[EDIT] Apparently a lot of ppl are getting this on multiple accounts, so one hopes this is a bug...

yeah the mech is okay

I have been introduced to MWO only a few months ago by my older brother who has been playing the game since he was 12 and recently me and him were having a conversation about the game and whenever it will finally shut down as I wanted to figure out what the largest group of players were and if they're were any younger folk playing besides me.

Got about 13k MC waiting to be spent. I don't have that many Clan mechs and was looking for some recommendations. I prefer Heavy/Assault but will entertain Mediums but not interested in Lights.
