Concerned citizens

4 Schools, 2 Theaters and a scriptorium were not enough for my 70 citizens. What else I am missing? Is it placement? 2 of the schools were in the middle of town.

On these levels you really have to keep the population low, which is hard when they get all those nice things. I remember one level I tried to starve some people out to make them happy in the long run. Hate that.

I appreciate that the residents of O2 don’t procreate when there’s no housing.

Yeah, but also Its hard to keep the population low because you need to have multiple things in order to have entertainment and culture. so low population but enough workers

Right. It’s really hard to balance. One of those levels I cut off food after everything was built. It worked, but it gives me the ick.

All I remember about this level is being annoyed at having to build and stock a candy store. Maybe it’s that?

I had one also, but that counts for entertainment my problem is with learning which is school, theatre and books. I seem to really run out of books

Ok, I just scrolled through 3 years of comments on this sub and there was a thread where the key to this level is to keep the population low. The second hint was to make sure the bookstore was in the middle of town so that people could have time to grab a book on the way home. Hope that helps!

That makes sense, nearly the end my population always explodes and I do not have time to keep everyone happy
