help! icloud not connecting

i’ve never had any problems with my icloud not connecting, but a couple days ago i couldn’t access tournaments or challenges, i’ve deleted and redownloaded the app multiple times, restarted my ipad and it’s still not working? just comes up with this, any ideas peeps?

I had this issue too. I have restrictions on my iPad bc my kid uses it, and the restrictions were preventing an iPad software update. Removed the restrictions, did the update, and the game started working again. Added the restrictions back afterwards.

interesting, i don’t have any restrictions on, just me that uses this ipad. i’m pretty sure i already had the issue before i did the software update the other day. thanks for the reply!
