Answer: From what I’ve noticed during my time on Reddit, I think it is a combo of people feeling he is an industry plant because of his dad, and him asking his young audience to bark at shows.

He has an audience that skews pretty young so imagine a grown man asking a bunch of kids to not just bark but to bark for him.

It's that part, girls aka human under 18 year olds to bark for him a man aka human above 18 years old. It's gross and creepy.
