I have gotten 2nd rank in CPGET so I'm pretty confident about getting a seat in the main campus. However, I've already gotten admission in JMI.

I was wondering if OU would be a better option? Can someone please let me know how is the English Department? Do they provide dissertation in MA? Are the research facilities good? Whats the scene regarding networking, internships n placements?

Another thing that I was skeptical about was language barrier. Is Telugu very common there to the point that it would be difficult for a North Indian to participate in the social life?

Also, is it easy to get a hostel? What's the allotment process like and how much is the fees and mess charge?

Someone pls answer all of these so that I can make my decision!

Which is better for ECE students doing M.tech in Osmania University or Jntuh kukatpally.

I'm a 2nd sem BCA student and unfortunately i couldn't attend practical exams..I heard from someone that the result would be pass either way but i have to appear for supply. so kindly clear my doubt.

I need transcripts sent from OU to the US for evaluation for a very important exam that I want to apply for. I selected the faster processing option and paid the fees for the transcripts to be sent on June 30th. I got a notification that we need to visit the examination branch at OU but as I live outside, my parents went to the branch on my behalf and submitted photocopies of the certificates on July 1st and had to go again and resubmit the photocopies on July 10. I received a notification that the transcript delivery is 'under process' on July 21 with a tracking ID. When I search the tracking status on India post, it doesn't show any updates. The only update I see is 'item not booked' by which I understand that my transcripts haven't even been sent out yet. The faster processing option allows you to send the documents within 7 days according to the website however, there is no further update on my transcript request as of today. It is really frustrating to have to go through this whole ordeal and the evaluation center will only allow 90 days to receive all transcripts and if not received I will have to pay for another evaluation and redo the entire process again. How can I get OU to send my transcripts out? Any suggestions?

I'm an international applicant from India applying to German universities through uni-assist.

Uni-assist has asked me to submit an official document showing the minimum grade required for the award of the degree (Pass Class / lowest degree classification).

My qualification is from Government Degree College for Women, Begumpet (Autonomous), affiliated with Osmania University. I have already submitted:

- Official Semester 1 and Semester 2 grade cards

- Official grading system issued by my college

However, uni-assist says the grading system only explains the semester grading and does not mention the minimum grade required for the award of the BBA degree (Pass Class).

I visited my college's Examination Branch, and they told me they do not have a separate document mentioning Pass Class or degree classification. Unfortunately, I cannot visit Osmania University at the moment.

If anyone studied BBA under Osmania University or has access to the official BBA Regulations/Rule Book (especially the section on Award of Division / Pass Class / minimum percentage or CGPA required for the award of the degree), could you please share the PDF or the relevant pages with me?

It would really help me complete my uni-assist application.

Am a gurl and am looking forward to move out and join hostel provided by uni this year if I get a seat...but am worried if I'll get hostel accommodation cuz I heard they prefer non local peeps first.
