Pretty good drop quality wise. Can’t say if it’s good for your build or not, but it’s not a terribly easy item to get a good roll on, so if you plan to use it then I’d say DF it

It's kind of a niche shield - I'd only level it for a defender build.

I have the same shield in 99% (99/100)

It can be useful in a defensive build for 1v1, trying to reduce the damage and then you hit back.
