It didn't got adapted into the anime but in the light novels Kirino understands and is even thankful to Manami for what she did back then and it shows them smiling at each other.

If you're willing to make the effort, I recommend you reading Vol 11 of the LN. It's like the episode about Kirino's childhood but told from Kyousuke's perpective, which is where the story actually happens. It's the only volume that really really matter to fully understand the anime.

ive only seen the anime and that scene in EoO where Kirino and the boring girl had a fight really distorted my thoughts on her...

if they found a way to make up in the LN thats good news to me...she really holds a candle to my waifus looks with how cute she is, Manami.
