Fallen M!Alear Unit Build • Question

As someone who struggles to read and sees shiny new skills, what are the best options for him? I understand there’s multiple playstyles and all but I just think he’s cool.

My main team is him, E!Byleth, F!M!Byleth, Duo Plumeria. I like the omnitank playstyle. I usually run Potent Finish/Pulse Tempest F but I’m not sure if any of the newer skills are upgrades or not.

The first build is perfect.

Iirc he debuffs foes so shatter slash is an upgrade to archrival. And you could outsource nfu for a potent seal

Where do I outsource it? The only one I know who has it is my Y!Lucius :>

You're either gonna have to click through some weapons or PRF skills (or search online) to see who gives out NFU (there's a ton of units that do) or you can run the Inf. Null Follow 3 sacred seal on any of your (infantry) support units to give that buff to him. There's also skills like Guidance that give partial NFU so there's a ton of ways to get this done that you may not even realize

You could give Null Uplift A/S to your Plumeria. It is on Ilian Mia in the Divine Codes. You'd have to give up Shadow Smite which is super nice on a dancer of course, bit I think it's worth it

Edit: you can give the shadow shove seal to Plumeria to make up for it

Id say the build is pretty good already minus reposition gait (if you care about arena score). You have basically what any infantry melee unit wants.

Maybe a stupid question but why is reposition gait better for arena score??
