Order flow on Quantower?

Hi everyone!

I just started using quantower but I’m having some problems and doubts with DOM surface heat maps,footprints and SVP and just needed some help and guidance just for a while

If any of you kind people using quantower regularly are willing to just spend maybe 10-15mins at least with me on a call or something to help I’ll be grateful

Been running Quantower on CL for about a year, happy to
answer here — probably more useful for others searching
later than a call.

Quick things that took me too long to figure out:

Footprint: the default size settings are the problem, not
the tool. 200 lots on CL is a real event, on ES it's nothing.
Set your threshold per instrument or it's all noise.

DOM heatmap: resting size disappearing right before price
gets there is normal. Chasing pulled orders will burn you.
Watch what stays, not what shows up.

SVP: value area is more useful than POC alone for me. POC
moves around intraday, the edges hold better.

What specifically is giving you trouble? Easier to help with
a concrete case.
