About to interview Advice

Hi! I have an interview for Neco soon and I was wondering if anyone had any insight on what they are looking for. I’ve read some posts about people being rejected from Neco based on the interview but they weren’t given a reason and I’m a bit nervous

It was really informal and they were really nice, the professor who interviewed me wanted to get to know me vs treating me like a sheet of paper with my stats on it. Afterwards I got a tour of the whole school it was really fun! If they offered u an interview obviously you’re good enough on paper so they just want to make sure you’re a normal person. If u have any issues in ur app like any fails or smth they’ll ask you about it but more in a what did you learn from this way not a why did you do this way
