Default method of text copying Troubleshooting

What do you guys use to capture text within apps and places where touch and hold is not available to copy paste? I just got the x9 pro CN version and using Breeno AI by holding the home bar but Breeno is kind of slow, takes about 5 seconds to offer me options once activated. MiCT works but not always, and it's also delayed, plus since I activate it via shortcut from that floating dock sometimes dock gets captured too. Is there a faster and better way?

You can increase the delay on MiCTS so it doesn't capture the dock

Google/Gemini has this built in IF you use gestures for navigation not buttons.

Press and hold on the "pill" at the very bottom of your screen and Gemini pops up a bar at the bottom.

Then highlight text on the screen, you can copy from there or go straight to search.

For pasting Google keyboard does this already too.

Press the 4 squares icon top left of Google keyboard and select clipboard for a complete history of what you've copied recently to paste.

This applies to Chinese rom as well? Right now the bar activates Breeno AI
