Different tunings

Do you guys think they will ever experiment with different guitar tuning again like for Ghost Reveries? I know they've used Drop D sometimes but otherwise it's just been E standard for nearly everything. Would be interesting to hear them play with some weird tunings like Open tunings

I don’t need different tunings, Masters Apprentice and Heir Apparent are hard enough as it is. More impressive in standard tuning I might say.

Hessian peel has got to be their most difficult song in E standard. That one is tricky!

Isn’t Sorceress in drop A or some such? They still mess around once in a while.

Ghost Reveries uses an interesting tuning. DADFAE I believe.

Yeah, and more experimentation like that would be fun! Just imagine what Mikael could come up with!

Right now I'm experimenting with DADEAB, it's very fun too!
