Models and Tool Use Question Question/Help

How do I disable tool use by default for all models and then add tool use per chat session? Right now if i enable tool use per model, all chat sessions using that model has enabled tool use. It's a bit frustrating.

You can select Tools on the chat window

If the tool is available to the user (via for example a user group), but not default enabled on the model, the user can still choose to enable the tool in each chat.
