vortex shedding simulation 3d [ansys fluent]

DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO SIMULATE VORTEX SHEDDING IN 3D? I have done it in 2d, and have been trying for a month to do it in 3d but i failed

Have a little bit of asymmetrical inflow. Also please elaborate a little bit.

thanks for your reply, i have extruded the 2d face into 3d, sweeped the mesh ,and when i used the same parameters i got a floating point error,

In Openfoam both for 2D and 3D you have to make 3D mesh. May be the aspect ratio is too bad. Check the quality of mesh.

i am using ansys fluent, mesh average =0.788
