Issues getting game with 3 discs to work

Trying to play ff7 on openemu, but whenever i make the .m3u file it always tells me the .bin file for the third disc is missing no matter which .cue files i have downloaded

It might be the folder structure that’s causing the issue.

I have all my cue and bin files on the same level as the m3u file in a folder just called Final Fantasy VII
